Dear RiverLife Family,

Yes it’s true the building is repaired and put back together! It looks really good. We have been blessed with an excellent construction crew who worked hard getting the last details done.  We have a lot to be thankful for. Going forward we will have all the remaining invoices to pay and the insurance appeal. So as the old saying goes, “no job is done until the paper work is complete.” Please continue to pray for all this to be covered and resolved quickly.

I want to thank everyone who have prayed, encouraged, advised and given so generously. The Father’s blessing be upon you! We could not have have done this without each other and of course the Lord Himself has stood with us and carried us on His mighty shoulders. All praise to Him. Literally, according to the engineer and construction crew there was nothing holding the roof up, but God Himself. The Lord has sustained us.

Our leaders feel we should continue doing one service short term. It is a time for unity and healing for our congregation. So we will have one service at 10:00 am this Sunday and for the next few weeks. I will keep you appraised of this as we go forward.

Leaning on Him, Byron
