Sue Croley, Prayer Ministry Leader

Prayer is a vital part of our Christian walk and an important focus in our church. Sue Croley heads up our Prayer Ministry at RiverLife.

Women’s Intercessory Prayer takes place in the Sanctuary at church on Wednesday mornings from 9:30-11:00 a.m. We gather for a short time of worship followed by praying for Pastor Byron’s requests as well as Holy Spirit-led prayer.

Our Men’s Prayer Group gathers every Saturday morning at 7:00 a.m. in the Prayer Room. This prayer time has been a free-flowing mixture of worship, testimony, and prayer. We seek the Lord’s heart and pray accordingly! Text Jeff Miller [704-775-6652] for details.

Thy Kingdom Come (Adult Prayer Group) meets every first Saturday morning of the month from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the church’s back building multipurpose room. This is a time for men and women to seek after the Holy Spirit in unity and respond to the tugging on the hearts of our congregation. No childcare is available. Please contact Katie Trivette for more information [[email protected]].

Prayer Partners are groups of two men or women who pray together over the phone or in person weekly for the nation, church, families, etc.

Corporate Prayer and Fasting take place once a month.  Please sign up on the announcement list for scheduling updates and for the specific subjects we will be focusing on. There is no corporate meeting for this; it is from your own location, but praying for specific things together with the church body.

Pre-service Prayer takes place in the prayer room on Sunday mornings, starting at 9:30 a.m. If you are interested in participating,  please contact Sue Croley ([email protected]).

Post-service Prayer Ministry is always available for any who need it; just go up to the front and find one of our prayer team members at the end of the service.
