Why is baptism so important?

It is because we all want a new life. A life do over. Baptism is the only true do over we will ever get. However, so many of us have been baptized into Christ, but we do not yet know who we really are. We all have struggled with who we really are. Baptism reveals that we best understand “who” we are by understanding to “whose” we are; God’s beloved children.
