This year VBS had the opportunity to partnership with “Operation Kid-to-Kid” to help get mosquito nets to families in Mali, Africa! Every 30 seconds, a child dies from malaria. 250 million cases of malaria are reported every year. Nearly 1 million people die from malaria every year. These mosquito nets will be a huge help for these families to fight against malaria!
This year’s Sky VBS at Riverlife Fellowship raised enough money to purchase and sent 50 mosquito nets to Mali, Africa! A BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE who made that possible!
