- October 20-22: Power of the Cross Identity Rally— Nightly at 6:30 p.m. at 1426 Northside Drive in Statesville. This evangelistic outreach is designed to share with the community how one’s identity can change through the Power of the Cross. Volunteers are needed to serve during the Rally in a variety of capacities. You can serve for a single night or for multiple nights. - Saturday, October 26: Men’s Ministry Breakfast— 9:00-10:30 a.m. in RiverLife’s back building. Please join us for our monthly men’s breakfast gathering! - JOIN Pastor BYRON! Saturday, October 26: Love Life Prayer Walk— 9:00-11:00 a.m. at 3236 Latrobe Drive in Charlotte. Pastor Byron will be leading the Love Life Prayer Walk around Charlotte’s busiest abortion clinic. Love Life is a pro-life ministry dedicated to uniting and mobilizing the church to create a culture of Love & Life that will bring an end to the abortion and orphan crisis. This will not be a protest, but instead a Gracious Stand for Life with a message of “LIFE instead of death, HOPE rather than despair, and FORGIVENESS without condemnation”. - Sunday, November 3: RiverLife’s Epic Fall Festival— Plan to join us from 1-5 p.m. at Patterson Farm in Mt. Ulla for our 2019 Fall Festival! Patterson Farm has a bevy of fun, Fall activities for the entire family to enjoy, including a 2.5-acre corn maze, a petting zoo and hayrides! We’ll feast on Wicker BBQ during our potluck lunch! Each family should bring 2 HOMEMADE sides (such as macaroni & cheese, potato salad, pasta salad, baked beans, chili, slaw, casseroles, tossed salads, fruit, etc.) and singles should bring a dessert and drink. This event would not be possible without a team of amazing people! We need help with setting-up, serving food, packing-up and the Cake Walk.
