This Week @ RiverLife — November 15, 2020

• THIS Saturday: Celebrate LIFE Prayer Walk— 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at 3236 Latrobe Dr, Charlotte, NC 28211. (Street parking is available, but please carpool as much as possible.) Parking and check-in begins at 7:30 a.m. The early praise and worship set begins at 8:15 a.m. The prayer walk will be taking place from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon. The prayer walk will go on RAIN or SHINE. Please be sure to ARRIVE EARLY…as there will be many people. If you have one, please wear your Love Life t-shirt. If you need one, shirts will be available on-site on a donation basis only. The atmosphere at the clinic during the prayer walks can be very aggressive at times so please prayerfully discern whether or not you should bring your young children.  Please contact Crystal [[email protected]] if you have any questions or concerns. • This Morning: Sunday Morning Worship Service— Join us in-person in our sanctuary or virtually (on our RiverLife Media YouTube Channel or on our RiverLife Media Facebook page) for our morning worship service, starting at 10:00 a.m.
• Monday: Who God Is & Who We Are in Him (Mooresville)— 7:00-9:00 p.m. at Sharon’s house. Discovering the true nature of God and who we are in Him brings great freedom and victory in our lives! This journey of discovering the true character of God is the focus of our group. Please bring your Bible, a notebook as well as a snack to share, if you are able or want to. • Tuesday: Women in the Word— 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the sanctuary. Women in the Word is a Bible study and fellowship group led by Rhonda Bumgarner that meets on Tuesdays. We are currently studying The Names of God by Ann Spangler. We are about sharing our hearts, developing relationships and getting into the Word. Everyone is welcome! • Tuesday: Tidal Wave (Middle School Youth in Grades 6-8)— 7:00-8:30 p.m. in the church’s back building. Contact Stacy [704-763-5389 / [email protected]] for more information.
• Wednesday: Women’s Intercessory Prayer— 9:30-11:00 a.m. in the sanctuary. Contact Sue [[email protected]] for additional information.
• Wednesday: High School Youth— 7:00-8:30 p.m. in the church’s back building. Email Cory [[email protected]] for details.
• Wednesday: Rio de Vida (Hispanic Ministry) Bible Study— Join us at 7:30 p.m. on Zoom for our Bible Study and a time of prayer. Contact Luis & Rebekah for more information [980-292-1242 / [email protected]].
• Thursday: Practical Christianity (Mooresville)— Join us from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at the Croley’s house. Practical Christianity meets once a month on the third Thursday of the month. Our gathering includes a potluck dinner, Bible study, prayer and discussion about relevant topics that are practical to everyday life. Come join us! • Saturday: Men’s Prayer Group— 7:00 a.m. in the Prayer Room. This prayer time has been a free-flowing mixture of worship, testimony and prayer. We seek the Lord’s heart and pray accordingly! Text Jeff Miller [704-775-6652] for details.

• Saturday: Friends by the Fire Pit— 5:00 p.m. at the Foldoe’s farm. It’s food, fun and family! It’s connecting with and learning to do life with each other. Bring a dish to share and a chair to sit outside. Contact Karen [980-223-9910] for directions and additional details.

• Sunday, November 22: Intercession for America— Drop in anytime between 4:00-5:00 p.m. in the sanctuary. We believe God is on the move in America! We will bless our leaders, cover the unfolding circumstances surrounding our elections, and battle in the Spirit for God’s Kingdom to come to our nation. Come join us!
