Dear Church Family,
Bob Jones went to be with the Lord this morning. He left peacefully and smiling. He will be missed. Becky and I have been really blessed with his friendship.
I talked with him a couple of weeks ago and here are some of the things he told me.
“Write down the things the Lord speaks to you. They will become the most precious things you have.
What the church needs is the Spirit of Truth to convict us of what we already have in Christ.
We need to pursue what He has already told us.
Your church has been ready for six months now.
This (meaning whether he lives or not) is all in the Lord’s hands now.
God does not take a person until He has prepared someone to take his place.
Do you understand this?”
Please pray for Bonnie. This has been a rough time for her.
