Dear RiverLife Family,
I have more good news! The trusses have been repaired! The engineer came out and inspected and approved the workmanship. The scaffolding that was stabilizing and supporting the roof is being removed as I write this! The construction crew has done an amazingly good job on this. I am so thankful God gave us the best of workers.
The process of putting the room back together is beginning today and will likely take the next two weeks to complete. So right now I am thinking we will be back home on Sunday, October 14. I will confirm that date next week. Please continue to pray for the construction crew for safety and a speedy completion.
On the financial front we are working with the insurance adjuster providing him information needed to be successful in getting the settlement with the insurance company. When the invoices for this phase of the project arrive I want to make sure we pay on time. So please be earnest in your prayers concerning the finances.
So far we’ve had the finances when needed. The Lord is good and thank all of you for prayers, financial offerings and support. You have been amazingly good troopers through it all. We will come out stronger than we went into it because God is causing all this to work for our good.
