We are very excited about the Fall Festival on Sunday! We are anticipating an enjoyable and fun time of fellowship as a church family at Breezy Meadows Farm. Here are some things that you need to know for Sunday:
 
Miscellaneous, but Important Info
  • This event is free of charge!  [It sounds too good to be true, but it isn’t.]
  • You are most welcome to bring your family and friends. 
  • The venue that we are using has bathrooms. [Sing praises; no port-a-johns!]
  • We will have special parking for the handicap and/or elderly who need it.

**HELPFUL LANDMARK:  Breezy Meadows is about 1/4 mile past the South Iredell Volunteer Fire Department on the left. Look for the blue and gray balloons by the road! 
 
 
What to Bring
 
We will be roasting hotdogs and marshmallows over the fire.
 
Each family needs to bring:
  • a side dish,
  • a drink,
  • a dessert,
  • and skewers (or coat hangers) for roasting.
  • Bring lawn chairs, if you want to sit fireside. (Otherwise, we’ll have tables and chairs set up inside the barn.)
 
Event Schedule
  • These Activities will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: 
    • Corn Hole Tournament–Bring you A-Game! The winner will receive 1 year’s worth of bragging rights.
    • Photo Booth–Come dressed in your best duds or you can borrow some of ours for your photo!
    • Bobbing for Apples–The kid who snags an apple and pulls their tooth at the same time will received double compensation from the Tooth Fairy.
  • Hay Rides will take place from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
    • This glory train will be leaving every half hour (at 4:30, 5:00, 5:30, 6:00 & 6:30 p.m.).
    • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • The Bluegrass Band will be playing in the barn from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
  • We will begin roasting hotdogs around 5:30 p.m.
  • The Cake Walk will begin at 7:00 p.m. inside the barn. [No throwing elbows, please.]
