Dear RiverLife Family,

The Lord’s Presence amongst us as we gather has been more and more evident in the past several weeks. I am so thankful for that. He is drawing us to Himself.

Yesterday we heard two amazing testimonies.

Amy Underwood gave a testimony of what happened when she was supernaturally enabled to surrender Chris into the Lord’s hand. The glorious and tangible Presence of the Lord filled the room. Amy spoke of trusting the Lord with all her heart and believing He has a future, a plan for her life although this is not what she expected. Amy spoke His love and goodness.

Pam Troglin gave a testimony of how God restored to her a daughter she gave up for adoption when the child was 15 months old. Pam shared about the faithfulness of God and how He desires to awaken dreams and promises in our hearts that are dormant. Pam spoke of the Lord never forsaking His promises to us because He is love.

This morning I got an email from Angel Stewart sharing what God has done for her. Here is something she said.

“Yet somehow, he allowed me to surrender to the loss. He allowed me to place my life in his hands. He allowed me to trust Him, even though I did not understand His ways. All I knew, was that He loved me. And that was enough.”

As we all know these 3 women have suffered unimaginable loss yet they are speaking healing, restoration and hope to us. We see the same testimony in Hannah Stutts being lived out. The deep in these hearts are calling out to the deep in us. I pray we all are hearing the Father’s heart. It is time to surrender to His love and be healed, restored and continue  the upward call of God in Christ. That is what I am hearing and seeing.

Lastly, Don Kasperson shared this word with us yesterday that I believe sums up what the Lord is doing with us in this hour.

“The call of the moment is to congregational intimacy. In the past, individual intimacy occurred within fellowships. Now we are entering into the second phase – intimacy of the fellowship with Him, to the end that intimacy of the bride as a whole, may come forth. Grace poured out to stir corporate intimacy is before the church. Today we are privileged to be partakers of it.”

Shalom, Byron
