  • This Morning: Sunday Morning Worship Service— Join us in person in our sanctuary or virtually (on our RiverLife Media YouTube Channel or our RiverLife Media Facebook page) for our morning worship service starting at 10:00 AM. Byron Wicker will share.
  • This Afternoon: RiverLife Wilmington— 2:30 PM in Wilmington. Email Ryan and Mary [[email protected]] to get on the official mailing list, or follow RLW on Instagram [@riverlifewilmington] for updates and meeting locations.
  • This Afternoon: Church Directory Deadline— Today is the last day to sign up to be included in the 2023 RLF Church Directory! Pick up a paper form at the desk in the foyer or click the button below to download and complete the fillable online form (Compatible with Microsoft Word only. Please “Enable Editing” before starting). If you were part of our previous directory and wish to be included this year, please check the appropriate boxes on the form to let us know that we can republish it. We will not include you in the new directory without your permission. Return completed forms to Paula Stark or Kristen Tiessen and email your family photos to Paula [[email protected]] today.
  • Monday: Waffles & Worship (Young Adults)— 6:30 PM at Brian and Jo’s place in Cornelius. Waffles and Worship is a young adult group (from high school up to around age 30) that seeks to create a place for community and fellowship while remembering that we have a greater dream and destiny to pursue as believers. Our meetings consist of a short time of fellowship and waffles starting at 6:30 PM. Then, around 7:00 PM, we transition to a time of worship followed by a Bible study. Finally, we like to wrap up our meetings by praying for and encouraging one another as we face the week ahead. So if you love waffles and want to build community with other young adults and pursue God alongside fellow believers, come check out our group! Contact Brian Stepanek [704-618-3792] for more details.
  • Monday: Who God Is & Who We Are in Him (Mooresville)— We’ll meet from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM at the Kurn’s house this month. Discovering the true nature of God and who we are in Him is the focus of our group. Adults (men and women) of all ages are welcome! No childcare is available. Group Leaders are Sharon Mast and Brian & Anita Kurn. For more information, contact Sharon [503-577-4632].
  • Tuesday: Women in the Word— 10:00 AM – 12:00 noon in the Sanctuary. Women in the Word is a Bible study and fellowship group led by Rhonda Bumgarner that meets on Tuesdays. We are about sharing our hearts, developing relationships, and getting into the Word. Everyone is welcome! For more information, please get in touch with Rhonda [704-528-8000 / [email protected]].
  • Wednesday: Women’s Intercessory Prayer— 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM. in the Sanctuary. We gather for a short time of worship, followed by praying for Pastor Byron’s requests and Holy Spirit-led prayer. Contact Sue [[email protected]] for additional information.
  • Wednesday: Journey through the Living Word— 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM in the Sanctuary. You are invited to join us on a year-long journey through the Bible with the Holy Spirit as our guide! This class aims to introduce the culture and history of the Bible reading, track the location, examine the timeline, and more. Together, we will read the Old Testament through to the New Testament in a unique chronological order. The first part of each class will present the new readings for the week, and then we’ll talk about the exciting things we’ve learned in the past week. Choose your favorite translation or pull up an app and listen to the Bible throughout the week; grab a journal and record your revelations, impressions, etc. All ages are welcome!   • Wednesday: Tidal Wave (Middle School Youth in Grades 6-8)— 6:30 PM –  8:00 PM. We desire to create an environment for middle schoolers to grow in their relationship with the Lord, knowledge and love of the Word, spiritual gifts, and worship. We also believe that social interaction is vital for a group of this age and have plenty of opportunities for fun. Contact Stacy [704-763-5389 / [email protected]] for more information.
  • Wednesday: High School Youth— 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM. Students in grades 9-12 are invited to join us! Email Cory [[email protected]] for details.
  • Thursday: Practical Christianity (Mooresville)— 6:00 p.m. at the Croley’s house. Our gathering includes a covered dish dinner, Bible study, prayer, and discussion about relevant topics that are practical to everyday life. So bring your Bible and join us! Contact Sue [[email protected]] for directions or more information.
  • Friday, May 5: Draw Near Worship & Encounter Night— 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM in the Sanctuary. You are invited to a night of worship dedicated to the Lord and His presence! Come rest in Him, praise Him, open your heart to Him, and pursue His heart. Childcare is available for children ages 2 -5 years old.
  • Saturday, May 6: Thy Kingdom Come (Prayer Meeting)— 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM in the church’s back building. God wants to pour Himself out over RiverLife!  He wants to bring His people into deeper realms of His Presence; He wants to tabernacle among us. These Saturday morning meetings are a time for us to seek after the Holy Spirit in unity and respond to the tugging on the hearts of our congregation. Any adult (men & women) who desires to know the Holy Spirit deeper, to see Him move, and to draw closer to Him is welcome. The Father’s Table provides food assistance to families in our fellowship and community. Food and monetary donations are welcome! For monetary donations, please use our website, our app, or put “Father’s Table” on the memo line of your gift. *Please bring frozen meat to church on Sunday morning in a cooler bag with your name on it. Barbara will take the meat to the freezer and return your cooler bag to the round donation bucket in the Foyer.

  • Sunday, May 7: Camp Morley Fundraiser— Camp Morley is RiverLife Fellowship’s annual Summer Youth Camp. Bring your cash and join us in the Foyer after service for a fundraiser hosted by the campers. Middle and High School youth will have prepared goods for sale.
  • Sunday, June 11 – Friday, June 16: Camp Morley— Registration is now open! This year Camp Morley will be held in Laurel Springs, NC, at the campus of Laurel Ridge Camp. Middle & High School youth are invited to join us for this fun and impactful week!
  • Sunday, May 21: Graduate Recognition— Join us as we honor our RiverLife graduates! If you or your student would like to be included in this time of recognition and blessing, please email Kristen [[email protected]] with the following information:
