  • NEW! This Afternoon: Intercession for America— 4:00-5:00 p.m. in the sanctuary. Plan to join us weekly for a focused, positive and intentional time of intercessory prayer for our nation and its leaders. The Holy Spirit will facilitate this gathering.   • Tuesday: Women in the Word— 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the Sanctuary. Women in the Word is a Bible study and fellowship group led by Rhonda Bumgarner that meets on Tuesdays. We delve deeper into the Sunday messages as well as enjoy fellowship and prayer. We are about sharing our hearts, developing relationships and getting into the Word. Everyone is welcome!   • Wednesday, August 26: Love Life Charlotte Day of Prayer & Fasting— You are invited to join us! We are partnering with several other local congregations and Love Life (a pro-life ministry dedicated to uniting and mobilizing the church to create a culture of Love and Life that will bring an end to the abortion and orphan crisis) for a day of prayer and fasting for breakthrough in our city.   • Saturday, August 29: Love Life Prayer Walk— We will join Love Life and several other local churches praying over Charlotte’s busiest abortion clinic. This will not be a protest, but instead a Gracious Stand for Life with a message of “LIFE instead of death, HOPE rather than despair, and FORGIVENESS without condemnation”.
