  • This Morning: For the Joy of the Word— 9:00-9:50 a.m. in the Youth Room in RiverLife’s back building. For the Joy of the Word is a fun year-long journey through the Bible with Holy Spirit as our guide. We look at the references to Jesus, the hand of the Father, and the work of the Holy Spirit in each book. On Sunday mornings we introduce the new readings for the week (examining culture, history, location, historical timeline, etc.) and discuss the exciting things we’ve learned during the past week. We are reading the Old Testament alongside the New Testament, with Psalms and Proverbs. Anyone is welcome! You can also join our Facebook group discussion or watch the class on YouTube.   • This Afternoon: Lunch with Crowns of Glory (Ages 50+)— The Crowns of Glory Life Group will gather for lunch after today’s service at the Jolly’s house. We invite anyone over 50 to join us for an enjoyable afternoon! Bring a bag lunch; dessert and drinks will be provided. Contact Pam [704-663-7775 / [email protected]] for details.
  • Monday: Knowing His Heart (Mooresville)— 7:00 p.m. at the Croley’s house. This life group, led by Jim Hill, gathers on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month. We focus on learning the ways of God—from Scripture and personal testimonies—to equip us in hearing and walking with God in the times we now live.   • Tuesday: Women in the Word— 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the Prayer Room. Women in the Word is a Bible study and fellowship group led by Rhonda Bumgarner, that meets on the 1st, 3rd (and sometimes 5th) Tuesdays of the month. This month, we are studying the book of Ephesians. We are about sharing our hearts, developing relationships and getting into the Word. Everyone is welcome!   • Tuesday: Tidal Wave (Middle School Youth in Grades 6-8)— Cancelled this week.
  • Wednesday: Intercessory Prayer Meeting— 9:30-11:00 a.m. in the Prayer Room. Contact Sue [[email protected]] for additional information.
  • Wednesday: Rio de Vida (Hispanic Ministry) Bible Study— 7:00 p.m. at Carmen’s house in Statesville. We are gathering on the 3rd Wednesday of every month for a Bible study and time of fellowship.   • Wednesday: High School Youth— 7:00-8:30 p.m. in the church’s back building. Email Cory [[email protected]] for details.
  • Thursday: Men of Fire (Men’s Fellowship)— 7:00 p.m. in the church’s back building. Contact Tommy McCraw [[email protected]] for more information.
  • Thursday: Holy Ghost Girls (20’s & 30’s Ladies)— 7:00 p.m. at Donna’s house. We seek to provide a safe place for young women to encounter God and to be activated in the gifts that God has placed inside them. Email Donna [[email protected]] for information and directions.
  • Friday: Rea Home Group (Cornelius)— Cancelled this week.
  • Saturday: Board Game Night— If you like to play board games, come and join us in the back building from 6:00-10:00 p.m. Board game champions of all ages are invited! We’ll have some games on hand, but feel free to bring one of your own to share! Email Cory [[email protected]] for details.
  • Monday, February 26: **BONNIE JONES** Special Guest Speaker @ Sojourn— Plan to join us at 7:00 p.m. in RiverLife’s BACK building for our February Sojourn Women’s Ministry Meeting!
  • Thursday, March 1: Cancer Companions Course— Cancer Companions, a Christ-centered ministry that reaches out to anyone in treatment, post treatment or their loved ones, is offering a FREE 9-week course in the Lake Norman area at RiverLife Fellowship on Thursday evenings from 7:00-8:30 p.m. We are currently offering this course every spring and fall for adult or teen cancer victims, their families and/or caregivers. Spanish interpretation is available.
