This Week @ RiverLife — June 26, 2022

• This Morning: Sunday Morning Worship Service— Join us in-person in our sanctuary or virtually (on our RiverLife Media YouTube Channel or on our RiverLife Media Facebook page) for our morning worship service, starting at 10:00 a.m. Cory Meade will share.
• This Morning: High School Youth (Grades 9-12)— It’s Youth Sunday! High school youth will stay in the Sanctuary today.
• Monday: Waffles & Worship (Young Adults)— 6:30 p.m. at Brian and Jo’s place in Cornelius. Waffles and Worship is a young adult group (from high school up to around age 30) that seeks to create a place for community and fellowship while also remembering that we have a greater dream and destiny to pursue as believers. Our meetings consist of a short time for fellowship and waffles starting at 6:30 p.m. We then transition around 7:00 p.m. to a time of worship followed by a Bible study. We then like to wrap up our meetings by praying for and encouraging one another as we face the week ahead of us. If you love waffles and are looking to build community with other young adults and pursue God alongside fellow believers, come check our group out! • Tuesday: Women in the Word— 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the sanctuary. Women in the Word is a Bible study and fellowship group led by Rhonda Bumgarner that meets on Tuesdays. We are about sharing our hearts, developing relationships and getting into the Word. Everyone is welcome! If you would like more information, please contact Rhonda [704-528-8000 / [email protected]].
• Wednesday: Women’s Intercessory Prayer— 9:30-11:00 a.m. in the Sanctuary. We gather for a short time of worship followed by praying for Pastor Byron’s requests as well as Holy Spirit-led prayer. Contact Sue [[email protected]] for additional information.

• Friday: Draw Near Worship & Encounter Night— 7:00-8:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary. You are invited to a night of worship dedicated to the Lord and His presence! Come rest in Him, praise Him, open your heart to Him as well as pursue His heart. Childcare is now only available for young children (walkers to 4 years old).
• Saturday: Men’s Prayer Group— 7:00 a.m. in the Prayer Room. This prayer time has been a free-flowing mixture of worship, testimony and prayer. We seek the Lord’s heart and pray accordingly! Please text Jeff Miller [704-775-6652] on Friday for our Saturday meeting details.
• Saturday: Crowns of Glory (Ages 55+) Cookout— 4:00 p.m. at the Greathead’s house in Troutman. Bring a chair. Contact Pam [704-663-7775 / [email protected]] to RSVP and to find out what to bring.

• Sunday, July 24: Healing Service with Richie Seltzer— 7:00 p.m. at RiverLife Chapel Hill [510 Sage Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27514]. Global Awakening-trained healing evangelist, Richie Seltzer will be at RLF Chapel Hill for a special healing service this summer! Richie has seen God move in miracles, signs and wonders during his services. Invite a guest and join us, you don’t want to miss out on this very special event.

• August 12-14: Prophetic Weekend with Kathy & Charity Campbell— Save the date for our upcoming Prophetic Weekend with Kathy & Charity Campbell of Ignited Ministries! This will be a special time of prophetic ministry and teaching. The Campbells will minister on Friday evening, on Saturday as well as on Sunday morning (during the worship service). Mark your calendar, because you don’t want to miss this!

• 2022 Building Fund: If you would like to make a contribution to the Building Fund to help pay off the mortgage on our church facility, cash or checks (made out to RLF and clearly labeled “Building Fund Offering”) can be placed in the offering plate or dropped in the offering box in the church foyer. Online donations can be made on our app or on our website by simply choosing “Building Fund Offering” from the drop-down Fund Menu.
