This Morning: Fundraisers for the Father’s Table Food Bank & Camp Morley— Cindy Baker & Barbara Watts will be selling cups of dark roast java and gift bags of coffee k-cups from Java Partners to benefit the Father’s Table. And don’t forget to bring some extra pocket money to church so that you can enjoy some fresh baked goods before and after the service! Bake Sale proceeds will support our youth summer camp.
This Afternoon: Rio de Vida (Hispanic Ministry)— We gather every week at 1:00 p.m. in the church’s back building for a time of worship, fellowship and a message in Spanish. Monday: Knowing His Heart (Mooresville)— 7:00 p.m. at the Croley’s house. This life group, led by Jim Hill, gathers on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month. We focus on learning the ways of God—from Scripture and personal testimonies—to equip us in hearing and walking with God in the times we now live. Tuesday: Women in the Word— 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the Prayer Room. Women in the Word is a Bible study and fellowship group that meets on the 1st, 3rd (and sometimes 5th) Tuesdays of the month. We are currently studying the book of Hebrews. We are about sharing our hearts, developing relationships and getting into the Word. Everyone is welcome! Tuesday: Tidal Wave (Middle School Youth in Grades 6-8)— Cancelled this Tuesday.
Wednesday: Intercessory Prayer Meeting— 9:30-11:00 a.m. in the Prayer Room. Contact Sue [[email protected]] for additional information.
Wednesday: High School Youth— 7:00-8:30 p.m. in the church’s back building. Email Cory [[email protected]] for details.
Thursday: Healing Rooms— 7:00-9:00 p.m. in the church’s main building. Everyone is welcome! Feel free to invite your family and friends to drop by to receive prayer for physical healing. “By His wounds, we are healed!” Isaiah 53:5. Questions? Email us at: [email protected].

Monday, May 22: Sojourn (Women’s Ministry) Ice Cream Social at the Lake— 7:00-9:00 p.m. at Frannie’s House. Join us this month for our Ice Cream Social at the Lake! During this casual evening at the lake, there will be time to sit, chat, swim, enjoy one another’s company and watch the sunset! Bring a lawn chair. Ice cream, the fixings and water will be provided.
