  • This Morning: Morning Worship Service— Join us in person in our Sanctuary or virtually (on our RiverLife Media YouTube Channel or our RiverLife Media Facebook page) for our morning worship service starting at 10:00 AM. Pastor Byron Wicker will share.
  • This Morning: Lost & Found— Many lovely items are just waiting to be returned to their rightful home. Please visit the table in the Foyer and collect what items you may have left behind at church or the Fall Festival.
  • This Morning: High School Youth Sunday School Class (Grades 9-12)— The high school youth Sunday school class meets on Sunday mornings from 11:00 AM to 12:00 noon in the youth room in RiverLife’s back building.   • This Afternoon: Crowns of Glory (Ages 55+)— The Crowns of Glory Life Group will meet in the church’s back building after service today. Please bring a lunch and something to drink. Contact Pam Jolly for details [704-301-4890 / [email protected]].
  • Monday: Waffles & Worship (Young Adults)— 6:30 PM at Brian and Jo’s place in Cornelius. Waffles and Worship is a young adult group (from high school up to around age 30) that seeks to create a place for community and fellowship while remembering that we have a greater dream and destiny to pursue as believers. Our meetings consist of a short time of fellowship and waffles starting at 6:30 PM. Then, around 7:00 PM, we transition to a time of worship followed by a Bible study. Finally, we like to wrap up our meetings by praying for and encouraging one another as we face the week ahead. So, if you love waffles and want to build community with other young adults and pursue God alongside fellow believers, come check out our group!   • Monday: Finding Treasure in the Word Friendsgiving Celebration— You are invited to join us for a Friendsgiving celebration in RiverLife’s back building starting at 6:30 PM. Psalm 119:162 says, “I will rejoice at Your Word as one who finds great treasure.” Tony and Cindy Baker are the group leaders.   • Tuesday: Women in the Word— 10:00 AM – 12:00 noon in the Sanctuary. Women in the Word is a Bible study and fellowship group led by Rhonda Bumgarner that meets on Tuesdays. We are about sharing our hearts, developing relationships, and getting into the Word. Everyone is welcome! For more information, please contact Rhonda [704-528-8000 / [email protected]].
  • Tuesday: RiverLife School of Ministry— 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM in the back building. The RiverLife School of Ministry endeavors to train those who have a recognized call of God on their lives for Kingdom ministry within and outside the church through teaching sound doctrine, training in biblical leadership, activation of spiritual gifts, and equipping in preaching ministry. Visit our website for more information.
  • Wednesday: Women’s Intercessory Prayer— 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM in the Sanctuary. We gather for a short time of worship, followed by praying for Pastor Byron’s requests and Holy Spirit-led prayer. Contact Sue [[email protected]] for additional information.
  • Wednesday: Journey through the Living Word— 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM in the Sanctuary. You are invited to join us on a journey through the Bible with the Holy Spirit as our guide! We are halfway through the Bible, and you can still join in. The reading schedule is located on the white desk in the foyer.   • Wednesday: Tidal Wave (Middle School Youth in Grades 6-8)— 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM in the church’s back building. We desire to create an environment for middle schoolers to grow in their relationship with the Lord, knowledge and love of the Word, spiritual gifts, and worship. We also believe that social interaction is essential for a group of this age and have plenty of opportunities for activities and fun.   • Wednesday: High School Youth— 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM in the church’s back building. Students in grades 9-12 are invited to join us! Email Cory [[email protected]] for details.
  • Thursday: Más que Vencedores (Spanish-speaking)— Join us at 6:45 PM at Fabiola’s house in Statesville! We gather for fellowship, a covered-dish meal, Bible study, and prayer time on the third Thursday of the month. Contact Fabiola Arana [704-883-8490] for more information.
  • Friday: Navigating Life— 7:00 PM at the Gheen home in Salisbury. We snack and enjoy fellowship and prayer as we dig into God’s Word and how it applies to our lives today. All are welcome! Contact Linda [704-637-7888 / [email protected]] for directions or more information.
The Father’s Table provides food assistance to families in our fellowship and community. Food and monetary donations are welcome!   • Wednesday, November 22 – Friday, November 24: Church Office Closed— The church office will be closed for Thanksgiving break from Wednesday, November 22 through Friday, November 24. We’ll see you back at RiverLife for our Communion service on Sunday, November 26.

  • Donations for RiverLife Wilmington: If you would like to sow into the launch of our RiverLife Wilmington church plant, cash or checks (made out to RiverLife and clearly labeled RL Wilmington) can be placed in the offering plate or dropped in the offering box in the church foyer.   • Monday, November 27: Sojourn Women’s Ministry Meeting— Women (ages 18+) are invited to join us in the Sanctuary from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM for our November gathering with Amy Squyres. Sojourn is where we set aside our busy schedules to worship, build relationships, pray, fellowship, edify, and encourage, reinforcing our faith and identity.
