Dear Church Family,
Jacob Early came to our church as a young single man, and now five years later, God has blessed him with a wife, five children, and a thriving recording business. With those blessings comes greater responsibility and time demands. Jacob needs to create some space in his life, and unfortunately, leading worship is the only place he can reasonably do this. Jacob will stop leading worship at RiverLife at the end of June. I believe it is the right thing and fully support his decision. Jacob has done a great job over the last five years, and I know he was the person God brought to us for that time. I am thankful for him and his ministry.
It is a new season, and we will move forward with what God has already given us. God has blessed us with some talented and experienced worship leaders. Our plan is for Becky to facilitate the worship ministry for now. She will schedule and work with the worship teams and leaders.
Keep all this in your prayers and give Jacob your love and support.
