- This Morning: Boundaries Course— Join us at 9:00 a.m. in the church’s back building for week 5 of this 9-week series, being offered by the Wellness Center, based on the book “Boundaries” by Henry Cloud and John Townsend. This course will teach you how to set healthy boundaries with your parents, spouse, children, friends, coworkers and even yourself. Please contact Denise [[email protected]] for more information.
- This Afternoon: Lunch with Crowns of Glory (Ages 50+)— The Crowns of Glory Life Group will be gathering for lunch today after the service at the Jolly’s house [141 Red Tip Lane | Mooresville 28117]. - Wednesday: Intercessory Prayer Meeting— 9:30-11:00 a.m. in the Prayer Room. The Intercessory Prayer Team will continue to meet during the summer months; however, if you do not attend regularly, please email Sue [[email protected]] to confirm our schedule due to various vacations.
- Thursday: Special Tapestry (Women’s Ministry) Meeting with Bonnie Jones— 7:00 p.m. in the church’s main building. Women of all ages are welcome. You don’t want to miss this!
- Thursday: Healing Rooms— 7:00 p.m. in the church’s main building. Come receive a touch from the Father! And please invite any of your family and friends who need healing.
- Friday: Koshy/Lappin Life Group (Cornelius)— 7:30 p.m. at the Koshy’s house [8413 Bridgestone Drive | Huntersville 28078]. This group is centered around Fellowship, Worship, and Prayer. We enjoy seeing the gifts God has put in each of us come forth and be used to build each other up in Christ. Contact Steve [980-265-1222] for further details. And come join us!
- Saturday: Church Ice Cream Social—6:00 p.m. at RiverLife. Bring your favorite homemade ice cream (or sorbet) and lawn chair. We will fellowship and feast on the church playground. A great time will be had by all!
- Saturday: Board Game Night (sponsored by the High School Youth Group)— If you like to play board games, come and join us in the back building after the Ice Cream Social. This gathering is for high school age and older. We’ll have some games, but feel free to bring one of your own to share! Ask Cory [[email protected]] if you have any questions.
- Saturday: Love Denver (Back-to-School Event)— Rio de Vida is seeking volunteers as well as donations of school supplies for this ministry event. Pick up a flyer in the foyer or contact Pablo [704-450-7965/ [email protected]] if you would like additional information.
