Posture of Hope

How did Abraham face circumstances “contrary to hope” but continue to grow in faith until he received the promise from God? Abraham learned to keep himself anchored in a Person who doesn’t change, doesn’t lie and is always faithful. If we learn to do the same we will not go down the road of discouragement and depression but instead through faith and patience inherit the promises of God.
