Silent Night Holy Night

Silent Night Holy Night

December 18, 2022 - Byron Wicker

In times of refreshing (Acts 3:19), God comes to us, and there is a real and manifest Presence of Himself in our lives. There is a breakthrough and a spiritual momentum. So, we respond and move based on the encounter and His Presence. But, often, a long period of silence follows. That is what happened with Mary. The angel never told her that the government would force her and Joseph to go to Bethlehem. Nor did God give Joseph a dream instructing him to move to Bethlehem. Instead, God trusts us with His best. Our silent nights are just as holy as our glorious days.
