The Heart and Mind Connection

Our thoughts and actions directly result from what is in our hearts (Proverbs 4:23). It is essential to protect our hearts by being careful about what we allow to enter and dwell there, and our minds play a critical role in this process. They act as a gateway that either opens or closes, allowing or preventing the Holy Spirit’s work in our hearts from manifesting in our daily lives (Romans 1:21).
