Wisdom to Receive Your Promises

The world’s influence can grow stronger when our hearts aren’t satisfied with the Lord. In the wilderness, the children of Israel often longed to return to Egypt, but when they entered the Promised Land, they found blessings, provision, and a sense of home that made them never want to turn back to their old life in Egypt. God’s heart is always to lead us and empower us to claim every promise He has made, just as He did for Israel when they inherited the Promised Land (Joshua 21:45).
